Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/07/01937/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal would, by nature of its form and content, result in an unacceptable overdevelopment of the site, out of keeping with and harmful to the character and appearance of the surrounding Conservation Area. As such the proposal is contrary to Policies DPS5 and CHE11 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (2005).
2) The proposal extension at the rear, by reason of its size, siting and proximity to the boundary with No.10 The Baulk, would appear overbearing and detrimental to the amenities of the occupiers of the neighbouring property. As such, the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS5 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (2005).
3) The proposal, by reason of the cramped form of development, would provide a limited and unacceptable amenity space for future occupiers. As such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS5 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review (2005).
