Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension, by nature of its design and the resulting excessive building bulk abutting the boundary, would result in a detrimental impact on the character and appearance of the streetscene; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005.
