Conditions or Reasons:
1) The fence by reason of its size, siting ,design and materials represents an obtrusive and unsympathetic feature, out of character with the means of enclosure of the existing dwelling and other similar properties in the locality and harmful to the visual amenities of the street scene. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policy BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Plan Review.
