Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed side dormer extension would, by nature of its size and design, result in the unacceptable enlargement of the roof at 33 Flitwick Road to the detriment of the character and appearance of the area and the amenities of the adjoining occupiers at 31 Flitwick Road; as such the proposal is contrary to policy DPS6 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan (2005).
