Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development represents an unacceptable form of tandem (backland) development that would be out of character with the locality and without an adequate road frontage resulting in an unsatisfactory standard of development which would further detract from the amenity of the surrounding area. The proposal would, therefore, be contrary to Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies BE8, H2 and H6 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
