Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension, by nature of its size, would result in the unacceptable enlargement of the dwelling, having an overdominant and overbearing impact adversely affecting the outlook from 13 Lime Close; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan (Adopted) 2005.
