Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extensions, by nature of their size, would result in the unacceptable enlargement of the bungalow to the detriment of the amenities of the adjoining occupiers of 2, 3 and 4 The Pound by reason of its overbearing impact and adverse affect on outlook. Moreover the extensions will result in an unacceptable overshadowing of the rear garden area of 2, 3 and 4 The Pound; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan (Adopted) 2005.
