Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development by virtue of its size, siting and design, would appear overbearing and overdominant to the detriment of the adjoining occupiers of 125 High Street. It would also result in a loss of privacy to 129 High Street, as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005.
