Conditions or Reasons:
1) The storage shed would, because of its siting, design, scale and facing materials be an unsympathetic and incongruous feature, and be out of character with the existing dwelling and other similar properties in the locality harmful to the visual amenities of the street scene. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies H8 and BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
