Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/08/00198/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby approved shall be commenced within three years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 which is designed to ensure that a planning permission does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) The glazing in the south facing flank wall of the development hereby permitted shall be of a fixed type and fitted with obscured glass of a type to substantially restrict vision through it at all times. No further windows or other openings shall be formed in the elevation.

Reason: To safeguard the amenities of occupiers of adjoining properties in compliance with Policy DPS 6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan, First Review, Adopted December 2005.
3) Details of surface water drainage for the site shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority before any work on the site commences. The drainage works shall be constructed in accordance with the approved plans before any part of the development is brought into use.

Reason: To ensure that adequate surface water drainage is provided to prevent water pollution and flooding in compliance with Policy DPS17 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan, First Review, Adopted December 2005.
