Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal, by reason of the siting and design of the dormer windows, would result in an undesirable and unacceptable form of development such that it would have an adverse impact on the character of the area and the amenities of the occupiers of 1a Alexander Road by way of loss of privacy; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 2005.
