Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/08/00268/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works hereby consented shall be begun within three years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) All external works hereby granted consent shall be carried out in materials to match as closely as possible in colour, type and texture, those used on the existing building. Any variation from this shall first be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the visual appearance of the building.
3) The new window and door to be installed to the gable side elevation as part of the development hereby granted consent shall be of timber construction with a stained finish to match the existing windows in this part of the building unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the special historic or architectural interest and setting of the Listed Building in accordance with Policy CHE1 and CHE1A of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 2005.
