Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension would sit uncomfortably with the neighbouring property and because it presents a blank brick wall to the streetscene it is considered to be so incongruous as to fail caveat (iv) of Policy DPS6 of the Mid Beds Local Plan, First Review, Adopted December 2005.
2) There would be an unacceptable loss of off street car parking such as to fail caveat (iii), Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan, First Review, 2005
