Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed single storey front extension, by reason of its frontward projection, would be unduly prominent in the street scene, detrimental to the character and appearance of the dwelling house, and result in inadequate provision within the site for the parking of vehicles clear of the public highway, to the detriment of the safety and convenience of users of the highway and the amenities of the occupiers of the dwelling, contrary to Policies DPS 6 and DPS 10 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan, First Review (2005).
