Conditions or Reasons:
1) The use hereby permitted shall be carried on for a limited period of one year commencing from the date of this decision notice, at the end of which period the use shall cease.

Reason: In order that the impact of the use on the amenities of adjoining dwellings can be assessed by the Local Planning Authority.
2) The office premises shall not be used except between the hours of 0830 to 1800 Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300 Saturday, and at no time on Sundays, Bank or Public Holidays, without the prior agreement in writing of the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To protect the amenities of occupiers of neighbouring properties.
3) The use hereby approved shall be office use only (class B1) as set out in the 'Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987' and no other use is permitted without prior approval in writing of the Local Planning Authority.

4) Noise resulting from the use of any plant, machinery installed or operated in connection with the carrying out of this permission shall not exceed a level of 5 dBA below the existing background level (or 10 dBA if there is a tonal quality) when measured according to BS4142: 1997, at a point one meter external to any adjoining or nearby residential property.
