Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. The proposed development by reason of the scale of site coverage by hardstanding and the parking of vehicles on the amenity land concerned, would likely result in a loss of visual amenity, harmful to the character and appearance of the locality. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011, Policies BE11 and R13 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan and Policies BE8 and R13 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit (and Proposed Pre-Inquiry Changes).
