Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/08/00634/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal by reason of its design, height, siting and bulk would result in an unacceptable cramped and prominent form of development which would appear out of keeping with and detrimental to the character and appearance of the area. As such the proposal is contrary to policies DPS5, DPS11 and CHE11 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review.
2) The proposal development by reason of the siting, height, bulk and design of the building would result in an unacceptable overbearing relationship with the adjoining property, No. 46 London Road. As such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS5 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review.
