Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed front extension would result in an undesirable and unacceptable form of development such that it would have an adverse impact on the character of the area; the proposed two storey rear extension would have an adverse impact on the amenities of the adjacent occupants of no. 82 Shefford Road by way of light loss; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 2005.
