Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/08/00757/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby approved shall be commenced within three years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 which is designed to ensure that a planning permission does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) The premises shall not be used except between 07:30 hours and 19:00 hours Monday to Friday and 08:00 hours and 17:00 Saturdays, without the prior agreement in writing of the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To protect the amenity of neighbouring occupiers
3) Development shall not begin until a noise and vibration insulation scheme to prevent the transmission of noise and vibration to any neighbouring premises has been submitted. Any works which form part of the approved scheme shall be completed before any permitted premises is occupied unless an alternative period for completion is agreed by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To protect the amenity of neighbouring occupiers
4) Noise resulting from the use of any plant, machinery, equipment or external shutters shall not exceed a level of 5dBA below the existing background level (or 10dBA below if there is a tonal quality) when measured according to BS4142:1997, at a point one metre external to the nearest noise sensitive building.

5) All plant, machinery and equipment to be used by reason of the granting of this permission shall be so installed, maintained and operated so as to prevent the transmission of noise and vibration into any premises either attached to, or in the vicinity of the premises to which the application refers.
