Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/08/00778/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The use of this land for playing fields and emergency car parking shall operate for a temporary period of five years from the date of this decision notice, after which the land shall be returned to agricultural use unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To enable to Local Planning Authority to monitor the impact and use of this land and to review the ongoing needs of the Rugby Club having regard to the rural location of the land.
2) The use of this land for playing fields and emergency car parking shall only be exercised by Biggleswade Rugby Union Football Club.

Reason: Having regard to the particular circumstances of the Rugby Club and the rural location of the site.
3) Prior to the first use of the emergency car parking hereby approved on plan no. MBDC/01, details of the dates that the car park will be used shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The use shall be implemented in accordance with the previously approved details.

Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is implemented in accordance with the plans formally approved by the Local Planning Authority.
