Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/08/00846/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development, by nature of its resultant unsatisfactory plot size and cramped visual appearance, would have an adverse impact on the character and appearance of the surrounding area; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS5 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 2005.
2) The proposal would result in an undesirable and unacceptable form of development such that it would have an overbearing impact on the amenities of the occupiers of nearby residential properties; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS5 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 2005.
3) The application contains insufficient information in the form of a legal agreement requiring contributions to local infrastructure; as such the proposal is contrary to policy DPS1 of the adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan and to Mid Bedfordshire District Council's Adopted Supplementary Planning Guidance: Planning Obligations Strategy (2008).
