Conditions or Reasons:
It is considered that there is insufficient evidence supplied by the applicant to approve the granting of a certificate of Lawfulness. This is because the annexe has only ever been used by members of the applicant's family and as such would be considered either as part of the main dwelling house (as in Planning Inspectorate's Decision on 23/09/1985: APP/K2230/G/84/38) or incidental to the main dwelling house.
