Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/06/00914
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no additional windows shall be inserted into the side elevations of the proposed extension.
REASON: To protect the amenity of neighbouring residents.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8 & H8, S.B.L.P.R).
3) The dormer window in the side elevation facing 30 Stanley Road shown on Drawings Nos. 0260-PL-010 and 0260-PL-011 received 14 August 2006 shall be permanently glazed with obscured glass only.
REASON: To protect the privacy of the occupiers of adjoining properties.

4) New external brickwork and roofing materials shall match those of the existing building as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8 & H8, S.B.L.P.R).
5) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan, Block Plan and Drawings Nos. 0260-SU-001, 0260-PL-010, 0260-PL-011 all received 14 August 2006 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
