1) The proposed extension, by nature of its design and proximity to the boundary represents an unacceptable enlargement of the dwelling to the detriment of the character and appearance of the streetscene; as such the proposal is contrary to policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Adopted 2005.
