Conditions or Reasons:
1) The use of the building as ancillary residential accommodation is not incidental to the enjoyment of the existing dwellinghouse. As such, the external works to the building are not permitted development by virtue of Class E, Part 1, Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 and require the benefit of planning approval.
