Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/06/00943
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Before the development hereby permitted is implemented, details of an appropriate privacy screen for the external staircase shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Council. The privacy screen shall be provided in accordance with the details as approved before the development is occupied and shall be retained as such thereafter.
REASON: To safeguard the privacy of neighbouring occupiers.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8 & H2, S.B.L.P.R.).
3) This permission relates only to the details shown on Drawings Nos. 856/3/1 and 856/2 received 21 August 2006 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
