Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/08/01402/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal, by nature of the cumulative impact of extensions to the rear would result in an unacceptable overdevelopment of the site which is out of keeping with the pattern of surrounding development to the detriment of the character and appearance of the Steppingley Conservation Area; as such the proposal is contrary to Policies CHE11 and DPS6 (ii) of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005.
2) The proposal, by nature of the cumulative impact of extensions to the rear would result in a rear garden that is below 10.5 metres in depth and as such the proposal is contrary to the Supplementary Planning Guidance: Design Guide for Residential Areas in Mid Bedfordshire Adopted 2004.
