Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal by reason of its design, scale and siting, would result in an overbearing impact and unreasonable loss of light to adjacent dwellings therefore, contrary to Policy DPS5 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 2005.
2) The proposal by reason of its design, scale and siting would have an adverse impact on the character of the area and result in a cramped, overdevelopment of the site therefore, contrary to Policy DPS5 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 2005.
