Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/06/00958/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) New external brickwork and roofing materials shall match those of the existing building as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8 & H8 S.B.L.P.R).
3) The first floor window in the side elevation facing 16 Alwins Field, as shown on Drawing No's TAF/06/01 received 22/8/06 and TAF/06/02 received 25/8/06, shall be permanently glazed with obscured glass.
REASON: To protect the privacy of the occupiers of adjoining properties.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8 & H8, S.B.L.P.R).
4) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no additional windows shall be inserted into the front elevation of the extension or the side elevation that faces towards 16 Alwins Field.
REASON: To protect the amenity of neighbouring residents.

5) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan; Drawing No. TAF/06/01 and Existing Plans and Elevations received 22 August 2006 and TAF/06/02 received 25 August 2006 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
