Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal would result in an unacceptable loss of amenity land and would lead to an increase in the enclosure of an existing footpath and resultant loss of natural surveillance. The proposal would fail to complement and harmonise with the surrounding area, would detract from the amenity of the area and constitutes design that would not satisfactorily limit opportunities for crime, contrary to Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policy BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
