Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/06/00967
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The external finish of the walls and roofing materials to be used for the extension shall match that of the existing building as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8 & H8, S.B.L.P.R).
3) The windows in the side elevation of the building at first floor level facing toward 9 Churchill Close and in the side elevation of the first floor front extension facing toward 5 Churchill Close as shown on Drawing No. MMD/CHC/2 Rev B received 23 November 2006 shall be permanently glazed with obscured glass.
REASON: To protect the amenity of the occupiers of the neighbouring property.

4) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no additional windows shall be inserted into the extensions hereby approved.
REASON: To protect the amenity of neighbouring residents.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8 & H8, S.B.L.P.R).
5) This permission relates only to the details shown on Drawing No. MMD/CHC/2 Rev B received 23 November 2006 and the Site Location Plan and Drawing No. MMD/CHC/1 received 24 August 2006 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
