Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed single storey rear extension to provide for a granny annexe will by reason of its large size, siting and design appear as an overly large addition to the property and not subservient to the main house. This will be in conflict with Mid Beds Local Plan First Review 2005 policy DPS6 and the council's design guide on House Extensions and Alterations.
