Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed erection of a large flat roofed dormer on the roof of the rear elevation of this house which lies in the Conservation Area will by reason of its size, siting and design have an adverse impact on the character of the property, the visual amenities of the Conservation Area and on the setting of the Grade 11 listed buildings at 10 and 12 Dunstable Street, Ampthill. This will be in conflict with Mid Beds Local Plan First Review policies DPS6, CHE1A and CHE11.
