Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension, by virtue of its size, design and position relative to no. 31 Church Road would result in an undesirable and unacceptable form of development such that it would have an adverse overbearing impact and give rise to a loss of light, to the detriment of the residential amenity of the occupiers of that property; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 2005.
