Conditions or Reasons:
1) Notwithstanding the details shown on the approved drawing further details of the proposed gates shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The gates shall be electronically operated and capable of being opened remotely.
REASON: To enable further consideration to be given to the details of the proposed gates in the interests of highway safety.
2) This permission relates only to the details shown on Drawing No. 70/D003 received 01/09/06 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved drawing and to avoid doubt.
