Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development would, because of its size and siting and the relative ground levels, appear unduly overbearing to No. 24 Lime Grove and result in a loss of residential amenity to the occupiers of that property. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policies BE8 and H8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
