Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/08/01895/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal by reason of its size, siting and design would result in an undesirable and unacceptable cramped form of development to the detriment of the character and appearance of the area; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS5 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan 2005.
2) The application contains insufficient information in the form of a legal agreement requiring contributions to local infrastructure; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS1 of the adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan and to Mid Bedfordshire District's Council's Adopted Supplementary Planning Guidance: Planning Obligations Strategy (2008).
