1) The proposed first floor extension would adversely impact upon the amenity of the neighbouring property and present an extension out of scale with the streetscene such that the proposal conflicts with Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan, First Review, Adopted December 2005 and Technical Planning Guidance: Extensions and Alterations: A Design Guide for Householders (2004).
