Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension by reason of its size, design and siting, would result in an unacceptable loss of light and overbearing impact to the occupiers of 122 High Street. As such the proposal is contrary to policy DPS6 of the adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005.
