Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/08/02123/LDCP
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The single storey rear extension and the decking would be permitted development in accordance with Class A of Schedule 2 Part 1 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Amendment) (No.2) (England) Order 2008.
2) The side porch would be permitted development in accordance with Class D of Schedule 2 Part 1 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Amendment) (No.2) (England) Order 2008.
3) The dormer windows in the loft conversion would be permitted development in accordance with Class B of Schedule 2 Part 1 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Amendment) (No.2) (England) Order 2008.
4) The rooflights in the loft conversion would be permitted development in accordance with Class C of Schedule 2 Part 1 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Amendment) (No.2) (England) Order 2008.
