1) The proposed extension, by nature of its size, represents an unacceptable enlargement of the dwelling to the detriment of the character and appearance of the dwelling and the streetscene; as such the proposal is contrary to policy DPS6 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005.
