Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development would result in the further incremental loss of a strip of open land that serves to soften the visual appearance of the area. The loss of this land would be to the detriment of the character and visual amenity of the locality. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policy BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
