Conditions or Reasons:
1) (1) This permission shall extend only to the application as amended by the layout plan submitted on the 14th December 1970. REASON: To identify for the avoidance of doubt, the plan hereby approved. (2) There shall be no external alterations or additions to the building without the prior express consent in writing of the local planning authority. REASON: The building is listed as being of special architectural and historic interest and is situated in a conservation area. (3) Before the building is brought into use as a club the car parking area shall be surfaced and marked to the satisfaction of the local planning authority. REASON: To enable visitors to park clear of the highway in the interest of highway safety. (4) The development to which this permission relates must be begun within five years beginning with the date of this permission. REASON: To comply with the requirements of Section 65 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1968, and to prevent the accumulation of unimplemented planning permissions.
