Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed two storey side extension, by nature of its width, represents an unacceptable enlargement of the dwelling to the detriment of the character and appearance of the streetscene; as such the proposal is contrary to the provisions of the Council's Technical Planning Guidance: Extensions and Alterations: A Design Guide for Householders (2004) and Policy DPS6 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005.
