Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/06/01083/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.
REASON: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Before work begins and notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, samples and details of the materials to be used for the proposed chimney stack shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority. The work shall be carried out only in accordance with the approved details.
REASON: To protect the special architectural and historic interest of the building
(Policies 13 & 14, B.S.P.; BE2, S.B.L.P.R).
3) Before work begins and notwithstanding the details submitted with the application a detailed drawing showing the construction, detailing and proportions of the proposed new chimney stack shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority. The work shall be carried out only in accordance with the approved details.

4) This Consent relates only to the details shown on Site Location Plan, Block Plan, Floor Plan, Illustrative photograph, Design & Access Statement, Proposed Gable Section, Existing North Elevation and Existing South Elevation drawings received on the 5th October 2006 and Proposed South Elevation & Proposed North Elevation received on the 17th November 2006 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
