Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/09/00291/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed balcony to the rear of the property, by reason of its siting and design would have an unacceptable impact upon the amenities of the adjacent occupiers by way of overlooking and loss of privacy; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005.
2) The proposed dormer window to the front elevation, by reason of its siting and design, would have an unacceptable impact upon the character and appearance of the area; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005 and the Council's Supplementary Planning Guidance: Extensions and Alterations: A Design Guide for Householders 2004.
