Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed two storey front extension, by nature of its depth, represents an unacceptable enlargement of the dwelling to the detriment of the character and appearance of the dwelling and the streetscene; as such the proposal is contrary to policy DPS6 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005.
