1) The proposal, by reason of overlooking and loss of privacy, would result in an unacceptable form of development such that it would have an adverse impact on the amenities and privacy of the occupiers of no. 6 Exeter Close; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS5 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005 and Technical Guidance: Extensions and Alterations: A Design Guide for Householders (2004).
