Conditions or Reasons:
The proposal, by reason of the height and design and location of the rear/side first floor extension, would result in an undesirable and unacceptable form of development such that it would have an adverse impact on the residential amenity of the neighbouring property, number 77, in terms of overbearing impact and loss of light/outlook; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005.
