Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/06/01106
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) New external facing materials shall match those of the existing building as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8 & H8, S.B.L.P.R).
3) Before development begins, the building shown hatched green on Drawing No. 4628/06 received 27/09/06 shall be demolished.
REASON: In order to safeguard the openness of the Green Belt at this particular location.
(Policy 24, B.S.P; GB1, S.B.L.P.R).
4) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan and Drawings Nos. 4628/01, 4628/02, 4628/03, 4628/04, 4628/05, 4628/06, 4628/07 and 4628/08 received 27/09/06 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
